Aurelia’s Garden Announces Partnership With Open Table

July 29, 2020

As a community of passionate and dedicated volunteers growing fresh and nutritious produce to address local food insecurity, Aurelia’s Garden Inc. is thrilled to announce its newly-formed partnership with Open Table of Maynard, MA.

Our first step as partners will be the inclusion of Aurelia’s Garden’s first Wayland harvest in Open Table’s mobile pantry delivery to the Assembly of God Church in Hudson, MA.

Aurelia’s Garden Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt Massachusetts nonprofit corporation that grows food to supply regional food pantries. We grow food at two locations: our primary site in Wayland, MA and another at Medway Community Farm, in Medway, MA.

Open Table is a Strategic Partner of the Greater Boston Food Bank, a 2018 recipient of a grant from Cummings Foundation’s “$100k for 100” program and a partner of the Commonwealth Corps. Currently, Open Table serves 250 meals and distributes approximately 7000 pounds of food to guests from the Greater Metro West area. They are partnered with over two dozen local organizations to support their mission. For more information about The Open Table, please visit them at their website: http://opentable.org.
